Winter Program: Also, next week, we will have our annual Winter Performance on Wednesday, March 22 at the Molalla High School Auditorium. Our MRA students have been working incredibly hard to fine tune their performances to share with you. All students are expected to show up at 6:15 pm dressed in their best. Everyone is expected to be their best by being respectful and responsible and honor the hard work they have all put in.
Explorer's Reports: We have been researching and writing about European explorer's to the Americas. Each student has an explorer they have been researching and working through the research writing process. We have finished up our first drafts and are working through the editing process before we start on our final copies. Final drafts are due on Monday, March 20. We will then take all the information they have learned about their explorer and put together a presentation for our Explorer's Museum on Friday, March 24 in the afternoon. The method of presenting is open to the students ideas, but may include a poster board presentation, power point, dressing up like the explorer and giving a dialogue presentation, a skit, etc. Parents and families are welcome to come check out the presentations and learn about our Explorers!
